During these two weeks of remote learning, you are asked to keep a journal of an activity you intentionally did each day to support good mental health.  It can be an activity you did alone or with your family.  

 

Please note that the second part of the journal is optional especially if watching the news causes you anxiety. 

 

 The details of the assignment are within the attached word document.  The assignment will be due when regularly-scheduled classes resume.

Even though we practice physical distancing for the safety of ourselves and others, always remember that family and friends are but a text, snap or phone call away.  

 

Also please remember you are always welcome to send me an email at any time to simply say "hi" and keep me in touch with how you are doing!
